The “site” currently provides users with access to career development training resources, (training modules, training videos, training games, training graphics, educational documents, selling course paperback books, Cd’s etc.), including various reference and communications tools, (newsletters, blogs etc.) (Collectively referred to as the “Services”). Most of these Services of the Freshskills.net/Workplaceonlinetraining.com are provided for a fee. Any new features that augment the current Service, including the release of new content, are also covered by this agreement.
The “Site” is a subscription service for online career development training resources. You may or may not continue to be billed monthly/annually (period you signed up for) until you contact us to cancel your subscription depending on the subscription type selected.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All downloadable content on this site is downloaded “as is” at the discretion and risk of the user. Measures have been taken to protect all content on this site from viruses and other potentially harmful software. The Acceleration Club and its administrators are not responsible for any viruses or damage to user equipment as a result of downloading content from this site.
Monthly and Annual Membership:
Monthly subscription fees are prepaid every 30 days on the day of the original purchase date for service starting on the following month. Recurring charges will include monthly subscription and any other authorized charges – and will be automatically charged to the credit card information entered. Unless we terminate it or you notify us by e-mail (receipt of which must be confirmed by email reply from us) of your decision to terminate your subscription. We will notify you of the pending renewal of your subscription at least 5 days prior to the date your subscription renews, except as otherwise required by law.
Change In Payment Information.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify FreshSkills.net / Workplaceonlinetraining.com of any changes to the credit card information provided. In the event the credit card information is deemed invalid and another automatic payment option for all recurring charges is not set up prior to the recurring charge date, all user access will be deactivated immediately until valid payment is received for all outstanding balances.

Refund and Cancellations Policy:
There are no refunds or cancellations. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card. The recurring monthly fees, recurring annual fees and any additional fees are non-refundable.
The “Site” may provide its members with access to user reviews which allow for you and other users an opportunity to submit, post, display, transmit, exchange information, ideas, opinions, or other information to the Workplaceonlinetraining.com and other users via user reviews or other means (“User Submissions”). User Submissions do not reflect the views of the “Site”, and the website administrators have no obligation to monitor, edit, or review any User Submissions on the Website. The moderators assume no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any User Submissions, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information within any User Submission on the “Site”. You are strictly prohibited from submitting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. The site administrators will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing it to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
All User Submissions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you submit or transmit to the “Site” or post shall be deemed the property of and may be used by the site administrators for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, The “Site” makes no guarantee for its products.
Any litigation will be handled in the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated and damages or reimbursement are strictly limited to the actual cost of the service.
